BixChat
bixChat is a platform that allows its users and businesses to communicate with one another using an email address (unique digital ID) which then could be used to connect & communicate with anyone on the internet irrespective of the platform they use.
Challenge
Creating a hybrid communication platform which integrates Instant Messaging with E-Mails is no easy task, we had to ensure we are able to address the issues in both these platforms without disrupting the features and functionality in either of them. Creating a seamless blend of multiple different technologies and features was the main objective of this project.

The process of finding solutions to this project started off with creating a MVP. Through this we were able to get an idea of tools and technologies we could use to develop and enhance bixChat. With the knowledge we gained from creating the MVP, our team was able to move forward faster with more confidence while continuing to learn new techniques and methods that could be applied to enhance and optimise the entire application.

Q-Net Report (Q-Net Sapphire)
The Q-Net Reporting platform is a system that has been developed by Quantum Information Systems. It is one of the many systems developed and maintained by QIS for optimizing operations and processes across a variety of industries. Q-Net Report focusses on creating comprehensive custom reports by connecting with the clients databases.
Challenge
Q-Net Report is a large scale application that has been developed and maintained for over 20 years. In it's current iteration of version 3, .NET MVC 5 is being used with React for the frontend. Our team at Binary was tasked with continuing the maintainance for this project as well as developing new features by integrating frameworks such as PyScript to further enhance their intelligence systems.
